We make sauces, dressings, soups, and desserts in-house—everything built from scratch with fresh ingredients. You’ll also find a strong focus on New Brunswick products, from craft beer to local meats and seasonal vegetables.

Squash Wellington

Vegan or vegetarian … layered butternut squash and duxelles of mushroom and onion, wrapped in puff pastry, with a side of potato wedges, house salad, and citrus hollandaise sauce. Can be made vegan.

Traditional Eggs Benedict

Two poached eggs, ham, swiss cheese, and hollandaise sauce served on an English muffin with a side of greens and potato wedges. Ask about our vegan version!

Isaac’s Way supports local artists with an ongoing silent art auction—funding art, dance, theatre, and music lessons for underprivileged children. The restaurant also donates food weekly to Wilmot United Church’s Saturday Evening Drop-In Centre.
